- A Master’s degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Additional certifications or training in education or teaching methodologies can be beneficial.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in robotics, such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Experience with robotics hardware and software platforms, like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning principles as they apply to robotics.
- Familiarity with CAD and CAM software for designing and manufacturing robot parts.
Teaching Experience:
- Prior experience in teaching or mentoring in an academic or workshop setting.
- Ability to develop and implement robotics curriculum and educational materials.
- Experience in organizing and leading robotics competitions and events.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
- Creativity and innovation in teaching methods to engage students of varying skill levels.
